Overview
Meet Day ("we", "our", or "the app") is a powerlifting meet planning and tracking application for iOS published by Monarch Labs. This policy explains what information is processed when you use Meet Day.
Information we collect
Meet data (stored locally): Training maxes, meet plans, attempt outcomes, bodyweight, schedule preferences, and app settings are stored on your device using iOS local storage (UserDefaults). We do not operate a user account system and do not sync this data to our servers by default.
Purchases: In-app purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We receive confirmation of entitlements through StoreKit but do not receive your payment card details.
Meet Coach: When you use on-device AI coaching, prompts and responses are processed using Apple's on-device intelligence where supported. We do not operate a separate cloud AI backend for coaching in the current version.
Diagnostics: If enabled in a future update, anonymized crash reports may be sent to Apple or a crash reporting service to improve stability. The current release minimizes third-party telemetry.
Information we do not collect
- No email or account required to use the app
- No sale of personal data to third parties
- No advertising network tracking in the app
Data retention
Meet data remains on your device until you delete the app or reset your meet within the app. Uninstalling Meet Day removes locally stored meet plans and preferences.
Children
Meet Day is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Because data is stored locally, you control it by editing or deleting content in the app or removing the application. For purchase-related requests, contact Apple Support or email us.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
